How in the world are we supposed to have a healthy economy if our entire nation is being turned into one gigantic prison?

Sadly, it is not just hardcore criminals (or weird crimes) that are being rounded up and abused by authorities these days. The following are 14 of the most weird crimes that Americans are being arrested for….

#1 A Michigan man has been charged with a felony and could face up to 5 years in prison for reading his wife’s email.

#2 A 49-year-old Queens woman had bruises all over her body after she was handcuffed, arrested and brutally beaten by NYPD officers. So what was her offense? The officers thought that her little dog had left some poop that she didn’t clean up.

#3 A 56-year-old woman who was once a rape victim refused to let airport security officials feel her breasts so she was thrown to the floor, put in handcuffs and arrested.

#4 In Milwaukee, one man was recently fined $500 for swearing on a public bus.

#5 Several years ago a 12-year-old boy in South Carolina was actually arrested by police for opening up a Christmas present early against his family’s wishes.

#6 In some areas of the country, it is now a crime to not recycle properly. For example, the city of Cleveland has announced plans to sort through trash cans to ensure that people are actually recycling according to city guidelines.

#7 A 12-year-old girl from Queens was arrested earlier this year and taken out of her school in handcuffs for writing “Lex was here. 2/1/10? and “I love my friends Abby and Faith” on her desk.

#8 Back in 2008, a 13-year-old boy in Florida was actually arrested by police for farting in class.

#9 The feds recently raided an Amish farmer at 5 AM in the morning because they claimed that he was was engaged in the interstate sale of raw milk in violation of federal law.

#10 A few years ago a 10-year-old girl was arrested and charged with a felony for bringing a small steak knife to school. It turns out that all she wanted to do was to cut up her lunch so that she could eat it.

#11 On June 18th, two Christians decided that they would peacefully pass out copies of the gospel of John on a public sidewalk outside a public Islamic festival in Dearborn, Michigan and within three minutes 8 policemen surrounded them and placed them under arrest.

#12 A U.S. District Court judge slapped a 500 dollar fine on Massachusetts fisherman Robert J. Eldridge for untangling a giant whale from his nets and setting it free. So what was his crime? Well, according to the court, Eldridge was supposed to call state authorities and wait for them do it.

#13 Once upon a time, a food fight in the cafeteria may have gotten you a detention. Now it may get you locked up. About a year ago, 25 students between the ages of 11 and 15 at a school in Chicago were taken into custody by police for being involved in a huge food fight in the school cafeteria.

#14 A few years ago a 70 year old grandmother was actually put in handcuffs and hauled off to jail for having a brown lawn.

After reading some of these, I guess you will agree that they are more than just weird crimes, they are down right stupid.

The rest of the world sees what is going on in this country and many of them are deciding that they simply do not want to spend their tourist dollars here anymore. That is not a good thing for our economy.

As the government continues to get even bigger and exerts even more control over our lives, many of our own people are getting sick of it and are moving abroad.

America used to be the land of the free and the home of the brave.

That is no longer true.

Now we get thrown to the floor, handcuffed, beaten and arrested for things that we did not even know were crimes.

If America continues to move in this direction it is going to ruin our economy, our reputation in the world and our national spirit. What weird crime will you be arrested for next? The mind boggles?

Yes! We are dead serious.  The latest news from North Korea is that Human feces fertilizer is now available from  your local fertilizer store.

Shops selling human excrement began operating in North Korea this year, as acute shortages of fertiliser in the sanctions-wracked country put a price on faeces, an analyst said.

Human feces fertilizer, who would have thought it would come to this!

Aid groups have said human waste has long been used on domestic crops in the impoverished communist state, but there is now a trade in the readily available commodity, a North Korea analyst told a seminar at a South Korean university.

“Each household used to use human excrement as fertiliser. But because it’s hard to keep up with the amount, ‘human manure’ shops showed up at markets,” Kim Young-Soo, a professor at Seoul’s Sogang University, told the seminar.

The lack of fertiliser has become acute since South Korea stopped annual shipments of rice and fertiliser to North Korea in 2008, amid worsening relations.

I guess that human waste, or should I say Human feces fertilizer, is not waste after all.

hitler christmas ey? … Not really the most wildest of parties as you can see above. Check out those glum expressions on their faces. I am guessing that it had something to do with the fact they were failing to seize Moscow and take control of Russia at the time.

A Hitler christmas was actually far from a real traditional type Christmas. Due to the fact that Hitler himself never really believed in such a thing. He had the reputation for encouraging Germans to celebrate this time as a WINTER SOLTICE holiday rather than a specific christmas holiday.

The photos themselves were taken by one of Hitler’s personal photographers (Hugo Jaeger) who later buried the images in glass jars at the end of the war, fearing they would be confiscated from him.

I am writing this post half asleep, as the kids screaming next door woke me up   -  I got up this morning, and here in Australia on the East Coast it is 28 Degrees, humid, and we are packing up ready to go to my Sisters house for a full day of seafood, beer, chocolate, beer, then more food. A big fun filled day with all our family and friends. Stuffing our faces with lots of christmas cheer. Not looking forward to the extra pounds I will be putting on, LOL. Just your typical hot humid xmas day downunder you could say.

We have had a big year, and 2010 was a very important year. But I am sure 2011 has many surprises in store for us so it is time to get ready to send in the new year.

So I got up and pranced around the internet to see what cool stuff I could blog and rant about today. But instead I stumbled on the CNN Website and saw this on the main page. 10 Ways A Digital Big Brother Can Be Good For You?

Another Brainwashing By The Mass Media? Surely not.

One week they tell you eating meat is good for you. Then the next, all forms of meat should be banned as they cause the worst possible cancer longer term.

Now they have the nerve to come forward and tell us BIG BROTHER is actually a good thing and can help us. Hey, well at least they have enough guts to come forward and actually admit BIG BROTHER is not just a figment of our imagination and actually does exist.

I thought a bit of anti polarity is deserved, as these days I hardly watch the news. And know I think you know why?

So instead of 10 ways a digital Big Brother can be good for you, how about we go reverse thrust on the whole CNN (I sort of tell the truth on a daily basis)

HERE ARE 10 ways a digital Big Brother is BAD for you

1) Privacy – We are entitled to a little privacy. Isnt it a god given right?  We are not part of the truman show. Or some weird reality show. Privacy seems to be forgotten about these days. It seems the government have no rule about be the paparazzi of our everyday lives.

2) Misinformation – It is clear that misinformation and false information can be gathered by big brother. There are many cases in the criminal courts about the framing of persons, misleading evidence and other various human element errors that have caused trouble in  peoples lives for no reason. Can you really trust this technology or people interpreting what they are seeing on the other end?

3) Technology – It necessary to spend man hours wasting this technology spying on people. Why not use this to actually help peolple, to save lives or to develop other new technologies for the good of the people.

4) Myth – People are still convinced this is a myth and there is no such thing as BIG BROTHER. But it is because the government have ‘dumbed’ people down enough for them to accept it as part of life.

5) Terrorists – The government claim this technology is used to keep you safe, another excuse to  stop all illegal terrorist and to prevent the onslaught of terrorist activities by being able to see with prying eyes. To keep the average person safe.  Again it is just another excuse to get inside the lives of the people without their knowledge.

6) Pushing The Limits – The BIG BROTHER technology is pushing its limits constantly. They are using more sophisticated devices and techniques to see how far they can go with things. There seems to be no limit, and laws without restriction to what BIG BROTHER is allowed to do. Who or what body governs BIG BROTHER themself? Who has authority or the right to tell them right and wrong?

7) Truth or Fiction – Agent Mulder once said. “The truth is out there Scully!” But sometimes the truth is mixed or bent into lies.

Trust – One of the age old virtues. It is important in current times. Can we really trust those that have BIG BROTHER powers. What do people with lots of power normally want? MORE POWER! That is very scary dangerous.

9) Cat & Mouse – Should society be categorized and broken down to a pathetic game of cat and mouse. Mistrust, lies, deceit of the people is much more dangerous and risky than a government that bases their daily activities on the same principles. SERIOUSLY, WHO SHOULD BE WATCHING WHO?

10) Awakeism – Right now the government do not realise, there is a bunch of pissed of people that are unemployed, broke and whose tax helped bail out the rich bankers through one of the worst financial crisis’s ever. These people are waking up to a government that is built on lies and deceit and have simple had enough. Do you think these people are just going to sit around on their porch and take it on the chin. You better start watching these people if they take action.
