We have been talking about this for many months and it seems like they are again hiding the real truth from the people out there. But the real question is for how long??

We think that if they keep this hidden for too long it could turn into the next big freight train.

When you look at the commercial real estate market right now, “there is a tremendous amount of distress that is not really visible yet,” Rechler said.

Today “the blood is really in the boardroom behind closed doors where people are negotiating to solve problems,” he said.

“This used to be the blood on the streets” in the commercial real estate market, Rechler said, adding, “this happened quickly,” he said.

But today it’s not just about the debt, “they actually have to inject equity,” Rechler said.

If you look at the CMBS (commercial mortgage-backed securities) over the next five years, “about 65 percent of the debt” will be maturing. “You can’t replace the same amount of debt in today’s market with the amount of debt that is maturing—its going to need more equity,” he concluded.

We feel this is an important topic to bring up, and is sort of a monster hiding in the closet. We have touched on this in our previous newsletters…. and we suspect this problem has not just simply gone away.

Another HIT for FFT. About 3 days ago, we used our software to analyze the final FIFA world cup game and we forecast Spain to win.

Spain’s place among world football’s all-time greatest teams was assured today when Andres Iniesta scored with four minutes of extra time remaining to beat the Netherlands 1-0 and clinch his country’s first World Cup.

The goal clinched Spain’s fourth straight 1-0 victory in South Africa and made the team only the third to be world and European champion at the same time.

At the final whistle, the Spanish players hurried to swap their blue shirts for their more familiar red colours in time to collect the trophy. They donned shirts decorated with a single gold star to mark their triumph, becoming the eighth nation to receive the honour in the tournament’s 80-year history.

CONGRATULATIONS TO SPAIN AND ITS PEOPLE. A Very historical Day!

I have seen some interesting things in my time. Some things good and somethings bad. But seriously this has to take the cake. Many other people including myself around the world are getting a funny feeling about this whole BP story. There is just something on the tip of this that doesn’t sit right. Maybe it is from an overdose of coffee or a lack of sleep, you be the judge but I am sure that there is more to this than saga than just some overpaid idiot worker at BP saying “ahhhh Oppsss, I think we got a leak at pipe Seven sir!!”

Yes  I think you know what I mean. I am not only thinking of the damage already caused but how many other pictures we are not seeing of birds (in pic above) and other animals that will be totally wiped out becuase of this mess. Also the fact that the wild weather that always hits this region of the US is only going to make things worse if a cap fix is not sorted out very soon. What a horrible situation. SOS….

With that being the said, here is something one or our readers found. It is picture of an old board game / card game  produced many years ago, where there is an image of bird in trouble, an OIL TANKER in the background sinking and oil everywhere. Hinting on the fact there is a very big oil spill. This is just one of the cards contained in a game where other cards in the deck seem to suggest links to other major events that have happend. For me to see this, it was not only spooky but sort of makes me want to get out the shovel and dig a little deeper to the meaning of all this.

Someone needs to take blame for this, there are just lots of scapegoats and finger pointing at the moment. I sure from today, there will not be a cap fix found anytime soon. And no doubt that could mean several more failed attempts.

This is a huge world disaster and many people will feel the effects for years to come.  If  BP are caught and found guilty of hindering other methods that could actually stop this spill, how well do you think this will go down with the good ole moms and dads out there.  Interesting times ey?
